Brent Cook discusses some of the major issues that are impacting his school. He touches on declining enrollment and the lack of substitute teachers within the system. The biggest issue is transportation, as they use school buses for most extracurricular activities, and they do not have enough drivers to cover all the routes for the students. The short-term solution is using charters and the state and federal COVID funds for offsetting the costs for now. He will explain in detail what steps they plan on implementing to deal with this issue.
