Damion Hopkins explains how he has been pushed hard to continue to excel and was taught to never settle. When he speaks with the kids, coaches, or administrators, he explains that he wants what is best for the kids and this is how we do it. He describes how former athletes come back and speak with the kids and donate their time and money. They encourage current players to continue to listen to the coaches and people who are giving them the opportunity to be successful in life.
