Darryl Nance, CMAA, explains that he tries to sell the message and make people understand the importance of relationships and the impact that ADs & Coaches have on kids. He encourages ADs & Coaches not to give up and quit, especially in today's environment, but to give kids the foundation, love, and opportunity that they need. He encourages ADs to reach out to the NIAAA or their state organizations for assistance and guidance.
