Dr. Dorpfeld discusses a mistake that people in authority make when dealing with issues of behavior and choices of athletes. It is important to focus on the behaviors that need attention and not on attacking the core of who the individual is. Correcting behavior and pointing out poor choices should always be the goal without passing judgment on who the athlete is as a person.
