Michael Duffy discusses Athletic Directors working with their students to build student leadership. ADs should teach the students that there are different types of leaders and that they can come in all shapes and sizes and have different roles. He explains the five types of leadership: Performance, Locker Room, Social, Organizational, and Reserve Leaders. Having the Athletic Directors recognize these different leadership types will benefits the students and help spread the message.
